What is with the American music industry selling garbage. More to the point is it that people are buying garbage because they like it, or is it the industry brainwashing people into thinking that they like bad music. See I think that it is the music industry controlling what people like. Not only that but they do it by tapping into this anti-intellectual strain that runs in America's veins. I f that strain is iliminated, that would be a start. I stopped listening to the radio, because I couldn't take all this britney spears here,there...Why can't LIVE,and PM Dawn, artists with deep thoughts, deep intellectual lyrics. With not so much emphasis on image. Tell me what ya'll think. :slap:

all that matters is the relationship between the artist and the fans.. its you and me or you and be.. fuck all the other music bizness bullshit...

The good music is there, you just have to look for it. The industry is driven by money, so greed in our age has completely overwhelmed creativity. More and more however, the real is making a rebound.

True art can never be destroyed!

maybe it's really the music industry that's shak'n it's ass to get that cash...

So does art imitate life? or does life imitate T.V.?

Can people, raised in a world of virtual reality, driven by what the industry tells us life is, ever really go back to actual reality?

The day is fast approaching where we the people will DEFINE reality.

Whether that is a good or bad thing remains to be seen...heheheheh.

Well I am glad that you can. However, I hope that these persons are not the rich and famous and disilluisoned.

Cozmo D

I know that we like to believe that rich and famous people are disillusioned, cause it makes us feel so much better about our own lack of riches and fame, but don't you think that there may be at least a possibillity that it is we who are disillusioned about their disillusions?

Misery loves company, so we feel that since our lives are so miserable then everyfukkinbody else in the world is miserable too...not buyin it...sorry.

Besides...in true reality (there goes that word again), in true comparison to most of the rest of the world, nobody who hangs out on a regular on this board really has it that damm bad at all...so the next time you run into your so-called non-friend reality, you need to give him/her a big fat hug and kiss to show your appreciation and grattitude. :slap:

In fact, a blow job would be even more appropiate.

Or maybe a little cunnilingus :la:

"I used to be friends with reality
She used to be a pal real close to me
But she tried to hide from me what was in store..."

On your knees, boy! :yum:
