i went to Hastings the other day (the biggest record store in town) and they didn't have a single pm dawn album. not even in the used section! i thought i'd finally pick up a copy of dearest christian, but.. no such luck.

every record store ive been 2 has had pm dawn records..try not looking in the rap section..they may have pm dawn albums but your looking in the wrong section!

nah man, they had little plastic seperators that said "PM DAWN" in both the used and in the rock/pop sections, but both were empty

i can understand those sentiments every record store IN FUCKING NEW JERSEY IVE BEEN TO ONLY HAS THE BEST OF AND NO OTHER ALBUMS....

I totally share in with your frustration, Atma. Just yesterday i took a trip to some of my local stores looking for the PMDawn video collection...i went to every damn store i could within like 10 miles of my house, and i came up empty-handed!! One of the girls i asked in a Suncoast video gave me the weirdest look, and actually said, "Who?" I was about 5 seconds away from laying the smack down on her ass. Once i explained it to her, and actually having to sing a few bars of Set Adrift, (you would have been proud, Be) then she says, "Ooohh. No, we haven't carried anything from those has beens in a long time!" Needless to say, my mouth dropped, and all i could get out at the time was, "you've been terribly misinformed about PMDawn, but i guess that's your misfortune." I couldn't believe her audacity! I guess my quest will now take me on the internet to find what i'm looking for. But i'm sure you'll have better luck finding the cd's. Good luck! :)

Most of the major record stores have a means of special ordering cd's. Warehouse music even has their catalog available for customers to looks at when needed. Depending on who their distributers are and weither or not they have the cd you want in stock, it could be awhile before you get ahold of a cd that your looking for. In the business I'm in it's even worse. I deal with dj's and 12" records and those are in very short supply. Hpe you have some luck though.

I remember going to Best Buy just to look and see if they had pm dawn...I asked the guy,,and he said "I thought one of those huys died"..I was like WHAT...

I'm going to ask Greg at Beat's Music in Sonora to play some pm dawn in the store.

Un-fuckin'believable....all record store carry 4-non Blondes and Vanilla Ice...but no Pm Dawn......ain't that a bitch!

Hey atma, i was at a store called Wherehouse Music yesterday and in the used cd section there were copies of "gently used" PM Dawn cd's...however there were no Dearest Christians. If I do, however, come across one, are you interested in me getting for you and sending it to you? Let me know :)
