the problem isn't the people not receiving the money, it's me not being able to send it because they keep making me do different stuff to become verified or whatever.

all you have to do is call your bank and ask them to tell you the amounts paypal deposited in your account. thats it, then you just tell paypal what they were and they know its your bank account

i know, but when i don't find out taht i have to do that until AFTER i win something, it kinda sucks cuz i hafta email 'em and be like, "umm, i can't really pay you yet...my paypal account isn't exactly set up yet.."

Really? I got right onto paypal. I think now they are just trying to be careful, but after you get it set up its REALLY easy to use
