I met my father for the first time ever in 36 years a few weeks ago (most of you may have gathered that from reading my poem in the musing section). In one day, I went from being an only child to being the middle son and an uncle. :haha:

Ok, let's see...
Most of you probably don't know much about me, so I will say a few...
I have an older brother(24) and a younger sister(20), me(23)
I love all sports and I spend much of my time watching mainly basketball and baseball - but the fall weekends are football
I have made 5 cd's (~400 minutes) in the last year, using acid music and loops that I have bought, singing a few songs acapella and some over a song that I have made, a piano program that will play the midi which I record to wav, and mixing artists songs that I like and commenting over them sometimes (PM Dawn, Seal, et al.). The funniest is the "R Kelly Jailhouse Beats" song, its about 9 minutes long, and I take pieces of nearly every song on "12 Play" and let him incriminate himself, he basically comes right out and says what he likes and this has since gotten him in trouble...
Anyways... thats it?

I had dreams of coming 2 england since i was about 7,when i was 2 young 2 even understand the implications.. I really love music and intend to make it my career.. as i got older as well as still wishing 2 move to england i decided it could be better for this potential career, in 1999 i met someone on the net, in 2001 she came 2 australia for a year and we got 2gether,then she returned 2 england 2 months ahead of the date i was going, i gave her access 2 my accounts so she could sort some accomodation in london for us before i got over.. when i got off the plane i found she had spent every last dime and was not taking me 2 london but 2 a small town at the other end of the country.. there i lived for three months where i worked 10-14 hour shifts .. with her in possession of my passports and documents so this prevented me gettin a uk bank account so she got all my wages.. when i was home she would sometimes lock me in the bedroom, she cut off all phone calls from my family(my sister didnt know if i was alive/alright and ended up having a nervous breakdown).. i will never hit a woman , which she used 2 her advantage, beating me, knifing me , and after keeping me awake for 48 hours by hitting me when i nodded off she tried 2 r**e me.. i eventually told someone at work who helped me 2 get out.. then she contacted my work and told them i was leaking information about residents(i worked at a mental hospital!!) so i got suspended.. then after her bringing 2 people 2 beat me up in an alley.. i finally got rid of her and am very happy with my new girlfriend and trying 2 save up 2 go visit my family in australia.. once i have taken my girlfriend out 2 meet my parents i wanna get engaged.. and then the next step is 2 save up for musical equipment so i can work on my dreams.... :) .. Ohhh...
and my opinion of women has not been effected by what happened thank god..

As for myself, I just got ingaged at the end of august, and my fiance and I are looking at buying property in Vegas. Nothing else really interesting going on. Putting together a CD for the band I'm in. That's about it, I guess. :weird:

I can't argue with that, but why is that true? Is it only the exotic factor? I can't really say.

I think so, Chris.
I think this is one thing that is dangerously becoming a fetish-- to tie in different posts to one another.
But truthfully, it makes me sick. Sure, Asian women are beautiful. But women of every culture are beautiful. When you really sit and think about it, nothing makes Asian women any better or more special than other cultures' women. And I don't like the idea of my friends or even my child being held as an object of fetish or desire simply because they/she is of a certain race.... it's not fair to Asian women, and it's not fair to other women. I find it really degrading to them and us all as human beings. So yeah. I'm a little yuckdified by the whole thing. I guess I got issues. :slap:

I can't say I was ever into asian chics either, sure I liked my share of them, but not a preferrence or fancy. I had more of a latina thing going on, especially in high school and shortly after. Now of course my fancy is only Deity

most men like asian chicks........ hmmmm
is that based on official statistics or something...
i've known many a black/asian man 2 prefer white women..
but im not gonna say most do... cause i havent met the majority of the male population of the world so that would be vastly innaccurate

Well! It's not often I get to say this to you guys on the subjects of men/women/sex, but I find the last few responses from the men to be refreshing!
Thanks for dispelling my negative outlook.
