Your answer:
No. Relative to the escalator, you are only moving as fast as you walk. You're not teleporting anywhere.
Now...lets say someone can actually witness this happen. To the by-stander, you would be moving the speed of light, and (if they could even see it) would see you "teleport" to the top/end of it.
