Actually I think we are at a stage in music, where we are 'looping' back to many past things, trying to remove much of the stagnation that plagues the late 80's early 90's. That's exactly when groups like PM Dawn and Tribe Called Quest and others flourished from expression and artistry that was lacking and is once again lacking. If no one had ever heard PM Dawn back then, I think now would be a good time for it to come out and start anew.
