I don't know how emoticons get added to boards, but I've bookmarked a couple of sites that offer them:

Fool's House (http://fool.exler.ru/sm01.htm) - not in English

BestSmileys.com (http://pages.prodigy.net/rogerlori1/emoticons/pageindex.htm) - kinda hit or miss, but has lots
