do you guys care if I put google ads on the site? the text based ones, not the annoying flashy stuff?

I dropped $1000 on a server lastnight to take the load for the up coming TV viewer traffic, I had to do this because the other server we're on now is fast but it just can't take the load. I need to try and get a few bucks back since it's still going to cost about $100/mo to put it in the datacenter where I work even with my bigass discount.

The whole point is when we get hit with a ton of traffic not only will it knock this site offline it will take down my paying hosting customer's sites and that would be bad :oface:

so anyway if you guys don't mind I'll put them at the top of the page for awhile to help pay for bandwidth on this project.

ok looks like they're working ok, after looking into it deeper it turns out they don't do anything until they're clicked on...so if you guys would like to click them at random from time to time that'd help
