Genius
man with soul, who heard things better than we can see.
Heard Jamie Foxx did a wonderful job in this.
If anyone interested.. try and find him singing Till There Was You.. almost brought a tear to my eye there was so much soul in his voice.. :happysad:

Quiet as it's kept, Jamie Foxx is a really GREAT singer. So I'm not surprised he did a great job playing Ray. I'm looking forward to seeing this movie.

I'm really looking forward to it. The fact that Ray Charles was involved in the development of the movie convinced me it'd be worthwhile.
Unless Jamie Foxx does an uncanny Charles impresonation, I'm fairly sure that the voice singing in the trailers is Ray.

I was pretty sure that it was Jamie Foxx singing, but I might be wrong. Yeah Louis, that man can sing... He was on the Twista album doin' just that. That dude is way too talented and funny!
But I am not sure if I am going to see it? His music is slightly out of my era and genre... but if someone would convince me then I'd go.
