any way i can check if my broadband speed is being capped..
its supposed to be 256kbps but sometimes seems to stop at around 6k a second for no apparent reason.. how can i check?

start a download from here http://projectc.pixelstash.net and watch the speed...256k should show about 25KB/s probably less since you're on the other side of the world from the server.
