"Night In The City" P.M. Dawn - A Case Of Joni

I've been in search of the single for Norwegian Wood. Going to all the Used records stores in the city. On my last stop I was searching at Amoeba and came across a promo vinyl, "Night In The City" by P.M. Dawn. The credits say written by Joni Mitchell and the song was taken from the fourth coming album "A Case Of Joni". From the moment I put the needle on the record I knew I was falling in love with it. This song is so Great I can't wait for the album if it ever gets released...
The only downside, it says released in 2000, it's now 2005 and I've never read anything about "A Case Of Joni".
Does anyone have any info on it?
