Oooh breathing is awesome! You can breathe slow, or you can breath fast (like xtris kinda said) ... you can breathe in herb smoke too. But no matter your preference, everyone breathes. Some of yall may not want to admit it tho, but we see you!

breathe is definitely one of the coolest looking words...

but breathing is awesome, unless you run and are out of breath, that sucks.

which is better: labored breathing or breathing during labor?

ever think about it too much and become very aware of your breathing for a while so its as annoying as when a clock tick gets stuck in your mind ?? well if you havent i may have just induced it with this reply :)

I'm actually trying to become more aware of my breathing. When I exert myself, I realize that I have the lung capacity of a chihuahua (probably because I had bad allergies as a child), so I try to practice deep breathing exercises when I'm at rest, in the hopes that I will help out my lungs a bit. Only thing is that I usually forget to do it, so thanks for reminding me. :)
