I've never read her NCIS blog, but I visit her official website once in awhile, and she has a blog there, too. If what she talks about in the blog is any indicator of what she's like, then she's almost as cool as Abby. So, I guess I love me some Pauley, too.
how good was the "chip" storyline haha I loved the Chip storyline! For so many weeks, I was asking, "Why in the world is he even on the show?" The character was SO annoying. Little did I know that they were going to build up to such a great payoff.
So, do they show CBS shows in primetime in Oz?
I wish they'd show Aussie shows here; I hear they show bare tiddies.

Battlestar Galactica is one of the best shows I've seen in a long time. The miniseries that started it was REALLY good. I just finished watching Season 1 and I can't wait to see what happens in Season 2 (I just got the DVDs).

I could write pages and pages of what I like about the new Battlestar Galactica. I remember the days when the shows on cable all sucked; now, they are outdoing the Big Three Networks, quality-wise.

the radio show get AFTER you get the podcast, cause the podcast is easy, each show is one mp3, the radio show has a few files for each show but they are alpabetical in order, so if you pop em on a playlist it will do em in the right order...
does the american office end in the same spot as the UK one?

The American Office is new, it's in the middle of it's first full season, and it's very different. Though the basic structure is the same, they have taken the characters and the story lines in a whole different direction so that the 2 shows are very unlike each other. In fact, the peripheral characters have been developed a lot more and a lot better than they were on the original. I think that probably has a lot to do with Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant being Executive Producers. When they first put the show on during a limited run before this season started Yvette and I didn't care for it much at first since it seemed like just an American copy, but they made it it's own show, much to our surprise and delight. Do yourself a favor and check it.

thanks for the info about the office Coz, when i saw the office(american) it was one of the first eps and i just thought.. this is insulting to americans.. its the same damn script.. but repackaged and with less chemistry between dawn and that dude.. but in light of what you wrote up there ill get the second series.. sadly .. my internet provider realised the error!!! :)
i got a stack of everyone hates chris,arrested development,family guy,alan partridge..
i have three shows to recommend to everyone..
Hex , Hex and .... Hex ...
supernatural show set in college in england, think buffy minus the campness and silly jokes and with far more accurate mythology and creepy characters the kids in the school are bitches and bastards in the same way as people i was at school with.. its nice and gritty..
its a UK show... 2 seasons so far..lovely..
cheers for the smallville reco Harm, but i am already converted.. bought 1-3 boxsets and got some of 4-5 seasons downloaded on here until the official boxsets are released

supernatural is a US show as far as I know. The one with Jensen Ackles? (The dude who was Lana's boyfriend in Smallville till he was killed off)
Etherspin
01-14-2006, 09:55 AM
i worded that badly, the genre is fantasy, biblical, supernatural the show name is "hex"
its about fallen angels, witches(so called) and the Nephilim + Grigori
nice,dark and decadent ..
at the risk of making this sound anywhere near as camp as buffy, my fave character is Thelma, she dies and is the resident lesbian ghost..

also because its extremely funny.. i like the dad in it
Harmeister

The dad is awesome. Wait till you see the ones where he can calculate the price of everything by looking at it, or the one where Chris's mom and dad have conversations with expressions.

OMG -- it's too late isn't it? and I just remembered the funniest show ever: The Mighty Boosh http://www.bbc.co.uk/bbcthree/tv/mightyboosh/galleries.shtml
And it's 100 times funnier if you're stoned...
