Try Airborne. It's kind of like Alka Seltzer but it's not for aches and pains, it's a $hitload of vitamins and herbs and stuff that will help knock that sickness right out of you.
I promise you, it works. You won't believe it. I thought it sounded like a load of poop until I tried it.
You can get it at the drug store.

Yeah, that stuff is great...I take that anytime I feel like I might be getting sick and then I don't.

Drink plenty of liquids, use the Airborne several times a day, and sleep a lot.
You should be better in no time.

Yeah well I gotta get better for my trip to Florida Wednesday!Have fun while you are down here. BTW, lots of kids in school around here are sick (head colds, 24 hr stomach bug, etc). I got a touch of the 24 hr bug before I left for our cruise, but I was fine by last weekend (we just got back).
BTW, my wife had us all on Airborne before we were leaving (since the kids were starting the sniffles, etc). I only took it for a day and a half, but it had the most amazing affect on my body - not in a good way. It caused an enormous amount of gas - constant burps (tasted like garlic or something) and constant farts. I mean full burps every 10 minutes or more and good sized amounts of ass-gas every 10-15 minutes. It went on for 2 days after I stopped using it! Unless there is some sort of gas-virus, I am blaming the Airborne...
My youngest never got over the runny nose and now I keep getting stuffed up. It just seems to be going around... At least the cruise was fun!
M - I don't know where you are going, but check the weather - it is nice down here!
