thinking of getting off dialup and on to broadband......

any idea whats the best service for the best and cost efficient price..oh
and installation...heres the prob...i dont have cable in this particular house and would there be a way to install without drilling holes in the floor??

oh and could i install it myself

and does anyone know how broadband works on a ps3?

whats the sound of one hand clapping?
whats the meaning of life?

if a tree falls in a forest and jimmy hoffa disappears...does the easter bunny still leave a quarter under your pillow?!

It depends syxx. Question is what's available in your area to begin with. If you have it available there is Clearwire but it can be unreliable if you aren't in a strong coverage area and you don't need to drill a thing. There is also a contract for service. You could also go with dsl if you can but I wouldn't go with satellite. Comcast at least has no contracts and will install the outlet if on an outside wall for a small fee. Cost is a whole other issue that I can't speak on. You can try dslreports.com and do a find services search to tell you what's available. Hope that helps. If I'm not mistaken the ps3 has built in wireless so you either have to hook it up with ethernet or if you have a wireless router just configure it to your network.

Don't choose Hughes Net because they just don't give a shit about you AND they hire technicians who try to rip you off.
