Infinite Dedication Album Project forums locked

Why are the Infinite Dedication Album Project forums locked? I looked back, but I didn't see where they were locked for any particular reason. Was the project squashed or did it stall?:think:

by the time enough stuff was coming through to make it feasible Pm Dawn and i think maybe Coz as well were working on other stuff ... was a nice dream while it lasted

It's a shame, really. There's a lot of useable material still available there.
