I just wanted to share that I ate some fast food last night, and now I'm farting so bad that it smells like roadkill all up in here. And my boss is coming over at 3 so I'm gunna light some incense and hope for the best.

try as I might, my stomach remains iron, I had four carrots worth of fresh juice yesterday , in combinations with fresh, raw, blueberries,strawberries,tangerines,banana,flaxsee d,spinach and silverbeet ..
the day before it was servings of bran with agave nectar and soy milk...
recup from a bad virus at work..
