there's three songs that make up the skeleton of "set adrift on memory bliss"

the keyboards, of course, are "true" from spandau ballet

the drum track is from a song by a band called "ashley's roachclip", a very old track who's name escapes me at the moment. it was at one time one of the most sampled drum loops. also used by milli vanilli and eric b & rakim.

in the lp version, there are some bells behind the "broke a wishbone" verse. those are from "take me to the mardi gras" by bob james. other parts of that same track were used in run-dmc's "peter piper".....
